The commission will be purely digital goods. No shipping or printing will take place.

The client must state the intention that commission will be used for personal,monetized content or commercial merchandise before we have agreement for the commission.

The client are not allowed to make any profits from the commissioned work unless the client pay the additional prize for monetized content or commercial merchandise use. (see the use section below)

The client must provide clear detailed description and idea of the commission request with image reference and inform clear deadline form me to follow.

If the client want rushed commission,there will be additional rush fee by +50% of total order prize.

I retain all rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, or use the artwork for self-promotion and portfolio.

The client may request the commission to be private (Non-Disclosure Agreement), this will cost additional privacy fee for +30% of the commission work's total prize.

Please credit me 'SoSleepy' for any use of the work.

I have full right to decline any commission request if neccesary.

Please communicate in a clear and polite manner.

When you decide to commission me, please fill in my commission form of the commission type you want.

I will communicate with you from the start and on each process of the commission.

If communication is delayed more than 24 hours on your part after I communicate with you, the deadline and delivery time may be subject to extension. If more than 72 hours delayed on your part, the commission will be put on hold for me to do another work, which I will be back to work on your commission later after you contact me and I have finished another work.

If communication is delayed on my part, the deadline and delivery time will not be changed from the time you spacified.

The client must make payment by one of these method

After we agreed on the terms of the commission, I will send invoice via paypal to you. The payment is done in USD.

The client must make payment within 48 hours after confirmation of the request.

I will begin working after recieving payment, counting delivery time from this point. If your payment take more than 48 hours, your commission will be put on hold until successfully paid, in this case, the deadline and delivery time of the work may be subject to extension.

All payment will be subject to 8% tax markup based on payment method.

The client may not request a chargeback after payment has been made.

Revision can be made on each step of working process. Complexity of change depend on the step on work process.

Major revised 50-80 % of the image on sketch and color sketch process, ie. Image Composition,Character Parts, Pose, Clothing, Expression, Color adjustment. (up to 4 revision in this step)

Minor revised 10-30 % of the image on line art and flat color process, ie. Line,Color adjustment,Minor change in character part/pose/clothing/expression. (up to 2 revision in this step)

Minor Revised 10% of the image on fully colored and finishing touch process, ie. Minor change in details/shading/lighting. (up to 2 revision in this step)

If you request revision more than percentage or count limit of that step, additional fee will be added depend on complications of each revision.

10-12 days for Illustration

16-20 days for Character design

6-8 days for TTRPG token

Merchandise Commercial Use

The Client may not use any incomplete commissions or works in progress images for any other uses other than to provide feedback and comments for the artist.

One of the commission work image have small low visibility watermark for online sharing, another one with no watermark is for your personal use.

I ,the artist retain all rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, or use the artwork for self-promotion and portfolio.

Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.

Any of my works are not authorized for any blockchain related technology including NFTs or AI training.

If the client is in breach of the terms of service, I reserve the right to revoke use of personal or commercial artwork without providing a refund.

Reproducing/using the artwork commercially purposes (monetary gain or profit) without purchasing said rights for the artwork.

Taking credit for the artwork.

Removing any watermarks/signatures from the artwork.

Altering the artwork without my consent.

Use the artwork as an entry for art competitions.

Use the artwork for AI training & NFTs.

The client may only request a cancellation and refund if the commission has not been started or a partly refund if if I don't send the finished work within deadline we agreed on and no compromise for a new date could be made.

If I couldn't work on your commission because unforseeable reasons,I may approve the refund for the commission, Otherwise, No Refund.

If cancellation is to be made, The client will not receive all rights to the commissioned artwork.

If any kind of refund is forced via third party, all the rights over the art will be revoked from the client and the I will retain the right over the artwork.

If you issue chargebacks without reasonable reason or due to irresponsibility buying, you will be blacklisted for any future commission.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund your payment at any time if deemed neccessary.
